Gwen Hart, the owner of Enchanted Cuisine, has been in the restaurant, food, and beverage industry for 35 years. She has been catering on the Outer Banks for over 7 years. She was the owner of Culinary Magick for 6 years. She has had the pleasure of serving hundreds of happy couples their wedding dinner. She is also the preferred in-house caterer for The Saltaire House in Duck, North Carolina. Her passion is food.
